Company-wide software

  • Slack is our "office" (kind of) We think it’s particularly important that every new hire understands that we consider Slack our office. That's simply because it’s where all important company communication happens.

  • Google Workspace is where we do mail and docs (that used to be G Suite) and you'll find our occasional presentation or spreadsheet lives here, too.

  • Zoom is our default video chat, and we use Google Meet as well. Both should meet your needs for ordinary meetings.

  • Clubhouse is the product info hub Outside of Slack, this is the main tool we use to track and report on everything happening in engineering and product development.

  • Figma is where design lives, including product design, branding guidelines, and reference designs for communications.

  • GitHub is where code repositories live, and many of your other tools and processes will integrate with it as well.

  • Amplitude is where we track key product metrics, along with Metabase. By default, reports go to the #metrics channel daily.

  • Bamboo is our HR hub It holds all the information we need to know about you - from your t-shirt size for swag, to any food allergies you may have, to the equipment you have been given. It also is a place you can go to to get information about the company such as our Org Chart, see when people are out, company announcements and links to access more detailed information on the benefits we offer.
